GUARANTEE AND RETURNS

The products have a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects.

Right of waiver

The buyer will have a maximum period of 15 working days from the delivery of the product to waive, totally or partially, the purchase of the product, in accordance with the legislation applicable.

Once completed the period of 15 working days, NEXIA Iluminación, SL will not accept returns for waiver of purchases of products.

The buyer will not have the right to waive in the cases established in the regulation applicable.

In the case of waiving the purchase of a www.nexiaoutlet.com product, the following requisites must be fulfilled:

  • 1) The product must be in the same state as it was delivered and must conserve the instructions, documentation, accessories and original packaging and labelling.
  • 2) The return must always be made using the same box or envelope used in the delivery or, failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return of the products in perfect state.
  • 3) It must include a copy of the receipt of purchase and the delivery note of the products inside the package, where the products returned and the reason for return should also be marked.
  • 4) Inform via e-mail to www.nexiaoutlet.com. The beginning of the return process to the following address: info@nexiaoutlet.com

If the reason for the return is not attributable to NEXIA Iluminación, SL, the buyer will be responsible for the postage costs.

Once the return procedure has been completed by the buyer, NEXIA Iluminación, SL will schedule the collection of the products and inform the consumer by e-mail of the date and time at which the product will be collected, as well as its cost.

NEXIA Iluminación, SL will not be liable for the costs and expenses incurred by the buyer for these returns of products that occur without following the established procedure.

Refund of the price of the products

On the condition that the buyer has followed the procedure and that they have fulfilled the requisites established in these General Conditions, NEXIA Iluminación, SL will refund the price paid by the buyer corresponding to the products returned.

The buyer will not have the right to the refund of the price of the products returned that are not in the same conditions as when they were delivered, in the case of not having followed the procedure or not having fulfilled the requisites established in the General Conditions.

Partial returns of an order will be refunded according to the partial price.

NEXIA Iluminación, SL will manage the refund order by means of the same payment system used by the buyer to purchase the products, within a time period of forty-eight (48) hours as from the confirmation of the arrival of the order returned to the warehouse.

Return of defective products

The buyer will have the right to refund of the price of the defective products or of the products delivered if they do not correspond to the order made.

In these cases, the return to NEXIA Iluminación, SL of the products must be made by the buyer by means of the same procedure established in the “right to waiver” section, though the buyer is not liable for the costs for returning these products.

On the condition that the buyer has followed the procedure established and has fulfilled the requisites established in these General Conditions, NEXIA Iluminación, SL will refund the price paid corresponding to the products returned if they are defective or do not correspond to the product order made by the buyer.

If the product arrives with any visible sign of imperfection in the package or breakage, it is very important that the buyer does not sign the transport company’s delivery note and the product automatically returns, otherwise the return will not be accepted by NEXIA Iluminación, SL.
